Before the live course begins, you can prepare by studying this pre-course material.
That will help you understand the basic technique and principles behind this great health practice!
You do not need any experIence in teaching any form of exercise before enrolling in this Asahi C-level class for new beginning Asahi teachers. You may just be interested in improving your own health and the health of your family. Or, if you are a professional in the field of medicine, sports, physical therapy, or in coaching, for example, you can use Asahi to enhance and broaden your existing expertise.
