In the advanced instructor's course, you will learn Asahi Series III and get a deeper understanding of Asahi's physical and mental benefits and how to pass that information on to your students. There will be information on the different ways to do Asahi sitting and in a horizontal position and get introduced to more possible course types that you can teach.
