FINDING A GOOD HEALTH ROUTINE AND STICKING WITH IT
At some point in life almost all of us have made New Year's resolutions about getting more exercise. Why do they always seem to fizzle out by the time February rolls around...?

This course gives you the boost you need, not only to start, but to maintain an effective and easy health routine that you can depend on in all seasons - indoors or out, year in and year out!

EMPHASIS ON BALANCE
One quarter of the Asahi exercise routine focuses on better balance. Actually, the whole Asahi series works on equilibrium, whether you practice standing or sitting. Asahi is one of the few exercise methods where you will be able to see and feel improvement after the first session.

Winter in many parts of the world is an especially challenging time to get exercise outdoors. You need good balance and reflexes just to stay upright on icy walkways. Fortunately, Asahi is always accessible. You can practice right at home on days that you can't go out.

HOW THE CLASSES PROGRESS
The first live webinar on Feb 10 is completely free, with no commitment to sign up for the next 7 live sessions. Try it first and see how you like it! You can do the Asahi exercises standing, seated, or standing while holding on to a chair or wall.

COST FOR THE FOLLOWING 7 SESSIONS
The price for each of the 7 weekly live webinars will be $15, (total value $105) But If you sign up for the whole course of 7 sessions, the reduced price is $89.
The webclasses will be recorded, so you can always catch the replay if you can't watch them live.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Margaret Vainio is one of the five head trainers from the Asahi Nordic Institute. She is responsible for introducing Asahi in the United States, as well as in Greece, Slovenia, and Austria. As an active choral singer and former director, she knows how effective Asahi is as a warm-up for choirs.

In addition to singing, her hobbies include swimming, Modern Nordic Walking, enjoying the Finnish sauna and cold plunging. Asahi serves as a perfect warm-up and cool-down practice before or after any physical or mental activity!
